What are the available ways to submit my Fica documents?
If you are not automatically FICA approved, just log into your Betway account, on the menu list please find and click upload document option.
Click on upload-documents now follow.
- Upload a copy of your ID and other documents.
- Check your e-mail address for confirmation as soon as your documents have Been Verified
- click View Status to view your FICA progress.
- Deposit and start betting, verification may take up to 48 hours, but please allow for additional time during peak times and on weekends.
In compliance with South African FICA requirements, we are required to adhere with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Center Act 2001 FICA, which sets out inter alia requirements in relation to customer registration and identification.
